GHP Home Inspection is conducted to go above Connecticut State Standards and will include a comprehensive overview of the readily accessible major mechanical and structural systems of the home. Cosmetic items, such as paint, wallpaper, carpeting, or landscape will be mentioned for informational purposes but are not considered significant. GHP Home Inspection provides an inspection of the structural elements and functional systems of your future home – including:

In addition we conduct the following tests that are administered according to the Environmental Protection Agency’s protocols. These tests include:

- Radon in water
